IF YOU think your baby is overweight, think of the mother of a 16-pound child, more than double the average infant.

Whitney Hallett of Indiana recently gave birth to baby Waylon Ϲole and discovered that her son weighs the same as a normal six-month-old baby.This baby weighs more than double the average birth weight

The proud parents discovered that their son weighed as much as a normal six-month-old. Waylon was born by cesarean section and was initially in intensive care due to breathing and feeding problems.

Dad Edmond Hallett told Us Weekly: “Doctors and nurses were like, ‘God.’

“We ended up weighing him three times because no one could believe he actually weighed 16 pounds. At first, I thought maybe the scale was Ьгokeп.”

After the couple saw the size of the newborn, they were foгсed to go shopping for clothes for their six- to nine-month-old son.

“He [now] weighs 17 pounds, 7 ounces,” says Edmond. He sleeps more than our other kids, but he’s healthy.

“When he was awake, he was awake and smiling. He’s a happy child.”
